I’m a big fan of Pavlova, so I couldn’t resist trying theirs — and it did not disappoint. The Pavlova was absolutely delicious: light, perfectly balanced, and served with fresh raspberries that added such a beautiful, bright touch. We also took home a plain croissant, a pistachio croissant, and a cinnamon twist — every single item was fresh and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and care in their pastries. My husband enjoyed the smoked salmon bagel which was most satisfying! Excellent service and food. We are so lucky to have a real French pastry shop and cafe in Edmonton!
